Stuart Charity

IT Services Manager

I’m proudly Lincolnshire born and bred and have lived in and around the area for most of my life. I’m passionate about researching and delivering IT solutions and the world of technology in general. I have a very supportive wife and two loving daughters. They keep me firmly grounded in the real world. We regularly enjoy the outdoor opportunities that Lincolnshire has to offer and enjoy getaways to the Scottish Highlands. I love Real Ale, and my father and I are regular visitors to our local breweries and micro-pubs.

My relationship with BLUE Profile started as an ad-hoc contractor from the age of 14(!), assisting with the support and delivery of projects during evenings and weekends. I continued for several years whilst I finished Sixth Form and University. I began to develop a sense of initiative and independent drive to deliver the best IT solutions based on requirement and budget available. Following University, I worked at Cambridgeshire Fire and Rescue Service within their IT Infrastructure team before joining BLUE Profile full time.

I have been with BLUE Profile for over ten years and seen many changes in business cycles and technology solutions. I continue to have fun working closely with our portfolio of vendors, technology partners, and most importantly, our customers to deliver reliable, cost-effective solutions. My interest in the industry has not diminished, and I now manage and mentor our growing talented Technical Team. As the team grows, it will allow us to support and deliver a broader range of solutions.
